Hereford Road Surgery is excited to invite a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our thriving, patient-focused practice in the picturesque market town of Abergavenny. We are a close-knit, enthusiastic team offering high-quality care to approximately 5,200 patients. This role provides flexibility with up to 8 sessions per week (split between two GPs if preferred), ideal for those seeking a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

  • Manage medical administration (e.g., test results, referrals, and shared clinical duties).

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient outcomes and support practice goals.

  • Contribute to achieving QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework) targets.

  • Participate in practice-led research initiatives.
